Hello, I’m Elsie, Head of Creative.
background
I started my early days in fine arts, production design and graphic design but quickly transitioned into advertising where I spent most of my career as an Art Director, and Creative Director. Although my first love and mad skills lie in design, I love writing, and have also pulled double duty as a copywriter and content strategist.
range
From consumer goods to healthcare to social media to sports and entertainment, I've worked across a ton of industries strategizing, designing, writing, directing shoots, and coding my own work (excuse me, but if you know anything about left/right brain, being able to design, write, and code is a rarity. I’m special).
In 20+ years working in Creative, I have given birth to brands, ad campaigns, and more marketing materials one could count. In fact, some of my original designs are still gracing the shelves of major retailers like Target, Walmart, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby.
leadership
Sure, I've worked with some killer Fortune 500 brands and snagged a few awards here and there. But the most rewarding part of my job? Being a leader. I don’t quite care for titles, ranks or degrees if those things don’t come with ideas, respect, initiative and hustle. One of my gifts is identifying untapped potential in teams and individuals, and through mentorship and guidance, I am able to grow into creative rockstars. Elevating others and rallying a crew around a common goal is quite fulfilling for me.
These days, I find my personal dopamine in the big picture: strategy, analytics, and pushing the creative work to not only turn heads but to drive meaningful numbers. After all, being pretty is nice. But being pretty AND showing results is golden.
So let’s do that. Toss me your challenge. I’ll give birth to something fresh and rally a team behind it to make the vision come to life.
I love what I do, and it shows.
❤️
