bamboo-ware. ouch.

Not a newsflash if you know me: I am NOT a green person. I should be but I am currently involved in more selfish and personal things. However, I did substitute all my paper/foam cups & plates at work for the lovely (so I thought) items below. All made out of bamboo. The plates are okay. The fork & knife gave me multiple lip splinters after a few uses. I kept trying to give it a chance and smooth it out so I could use them but they just about ripped my lip to shreds. The plates are getting rough around the edges and I can see another splinter coming. I'm tossing them. Waste of money. Don't buy it. by reMODERN
