i have wanted REAL knives FOR YEARS. A few years ago, my dear lovely mother in law (she is a sweetheart!) bought us a nice set by Wolfgang Puck and they're wonderful but nothing really CUTS and FEELS like a Wüsthof Santoku knife... sigh... :(
